So imagine this, laugh at 4 dollars for a gallon of gas, ride around topless and be unbearably hip. Sounds impossible right?

Nope! Just get on a motorscooter. Not a motorcycle, a scooter more specifically a Vespa. They've been around since the 1940s. Fast foward to 2008 and Vespas are retro cool.
And the incredible gas milage doesn't hurt either.
