The Florida fashion police failed.
A judge in Riviera Beach deemed a law banning baggy pants unconstitutional.
The law was approved by city voters back in March, after supporters collected almost five thousand signatures to put the measure on the ballot.
What does this have to do with North Texas?
Laws banning low slung pants are on the books in several U.S. cities.
Violators can be fined up to 500 dollars or see jail time.
Dallas is among the larger U.S. cities considering similar measures.
What do you think? Are baggy pants detrimental to the community? Should it be against the law?

Unless you've been living under a rock in North Texas, surely you know about the latest fiasco involving the Dallas Mavericks' Josh Howard and the national anthem.
What you might not know is Mark Cuban responded to the deluge of hate/racist e-mails.
Not only did he respond, he also posted his response as well as the e-mails online complete with email addresses and IP addresses. Ouch!

When I first saw Audi's attempt at a production super car I was speechless. The new Audi R8 just oozes sex appeal. It's the Automobile Magazine Car of the Year. So we had to get a closer look at it.
